Valedictorian Speaks Out Against Schooling

This young lady has incredible courage.  Who knows how many seeds she planted in the minds of those who not only were there that listened to this live, but are listening to it now on youtube. I thank Mark Passio’s Podcast #22 of, for this great find!

Human beings are innovators, explorers, creators, dreamers, thinkers, authors, artists, musicians and so, so, SO much more. It is inherent in our very being to reach out for these ideas and more.  To become whatever WE choose to become.  Not to fill some mold so we can accumulate worthless pieces of paper which have no value.  Human beings create value through what they CREATE and through their own existence.  Money puts a limit on a limitless form, the human imagination and consciousness, making it THE biggest limiter in our world.  Nothing puts an iron grip on humanity like money does.

The system teaches you to strive towards a really fancy, hard to get piece of paper (degree) so you can accumulate more, slightly less fancy paper, but equally challenging to acquire (fiat currency).  Life is not meant to be this repetitive survival, with some random meaningless entertainment and a few vacations of tiny “parts” of the world.  No, it is about anything WE want it to be, UNLIMITED EXPERIENCE.

– For All

“Schools train you to be ignorant with style […] they prepare you to be a usable victim for a military industrial complex that needs manpower. As long as you’re just smart enough to do a job and just dumb enough to swallow what they feed you, you’re going to be alright […] So I believe that schools mechanically and very specifically try and breed out any hint of creative thought in the kids that are coming up.”
Frank Zappa
